Dietitian Boss Team 1:1 Coaching Agreement (VIP Coaching)

Terms 

 This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of today, by and between Libby Rothschild, LLC (the "Company") and Client. Client acknowledges they have reviewed the proposal detailing all deliverables for this program, which is incorporated into this Agreement. All coaching work is governed by this Agreement, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

  1. Scope of Coaching 

This VIP coaching engagement spans three months and one week, including: Four (4) 60-minute 1:1 coaching calls per month (one extra call compared to Standard Coaching). Enhanced email support (30 minutes per week). 

The first day of this contract starts on the date of the "first coaching call" and ends at the end of the week of the "last coaching call", allowing for continued email support during that final week.

  1. Coaching Calls 

 Scheduling & Attendance:- Calls are scheduled in advance and must be booked within 72 hours of the program start date.- If the Client is late, the call will still end at the scheduled time (missed time is forfeited).- Calls do not roll overall must be used within the program term.- "Clients may reschedule calls with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice."

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy:- 48 business hours' notice is required for cancellations. Email [email protected] for rescheduling.- If proper notice is not given, the session will be forfeited.- One emergency grace reschedule is allowed every six months (e.g., illness, family emergency)

  1. Fees 

 Total Investment: $6,000 for three months.

Payment Options:

Pay in Full: $6,000 due upon signing.

Monthly Installments: 3 payments of $2,000/month (first payment is non-refundable).

No coaching will begin until the first payment is received.

  1. Refunds & Termination

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Client may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice, but all remaining payments must still be made.

Company may terminate this Agreement if Client violates terms (no refunds given)

  1. Enhanced Email Support Between Calls

 Priority email responses within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST).

Total email support is limited to 30 minutes per week (reading, responding, and reviewing materials).

Expanded content & strategy reviews will be provided within this limit. If requests require deeper discussion, they will be addressed in coaching calls.

  1. Communication  & Availability

Company's availability: Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM EST (excluding national holidays).

Email is the only method of communication between calls. Social media messages will not be responded to.

Company reserves the right to take planned vacations and will provide at least **7 days' notice.

7. Call Recordings & Learning Resources

Coaching calls may be recorded and made available in the client portal.

We recommend downloading and listening to coaching calls to enhance your learning
experience.

Client is responsible for saving recordings, as Company does not store them beyond the
contract period.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

 All coaching materials are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be shared, copied, or sold. Company respects Client confidentiality and will not disclose Client's information.

9. Entire Agreement & Acknowledgment

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between Client and Company. By signing, Client acknowledges: They have read and understood all terms.

They agree to the payment, scheduling, and email support policies.

They understand that coaching is not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.
