ChatGPT for Dietitians: Use This Prompt to Plan a Week of IG Posts in 10 Minutes
===
[00:00:00] What if creating a week of Instagram posts just took 10 minutes? No more blank screens, no more spending your Sunday batch writing content that never gets finished. How would that feel? In today's episode, I'll show you the exact chat, GPT prompt that dietitians inside of the dietitians boss library use to plan seven days of content in under 10.
Minutes, that's right. Now this is specific to chat GPT, but I know that other AI tools can be effective as well. So use the AI tool of your choice alongside my instructions. But I am referencing chat, GPT. The free version works just fine. So you'll also hear in today's episode how dietitians went from burned out to booking simply by changing how they plan.
Whether you're brand new to ai. Or you're already experimenting with tools like [00:01:00] Chat, GPT. This episode is gonna help you use it smarter, faster, and of course with more confidence. So one of the problems is that you might feel like you're not out of ideas, but you are out of time. You have this sense of, okay, I know I'm gonna post about, for example, diabetes, but I just don't have the hours in the day to take what's inside my head.
one of our clients, a postpartum dietitians, she did use to spend hours trying to batch posts, and she said that she knew what she wanted to say, but she just would blank out when it was time to write.
And after using our chat, GPT prompts tailored to her niche, she was able to create seven full captions under 15 minutes. The right structure changed everything. So the first step I want you to think about includes the magic prompt. Here's the exact prompt that we give our members inside of the dietitians Boss library, you a registered dietitians who helps [00:02:00] insert target audience with insert specific problem or goal.
Write seven Instagram post ideas with captions that educate, build, trust, and prompt engagement. Each post should sound like a real human, not a robot, and align with the tone of a caring coach. So this can anchor to your specialty, and it also reflects your client's deepest desires or what's called their pain points, ~which you hear me talking about a lot, their problems.~
~And ~it also generates real captions, not just vague ideas, right? So the quality of the caption is based on the quality of the prompt that you use. So this prompt removes the guesswork and it gets you posting faster, even if writing just isn't your thing. The second step I want you to think about includes free or paid chat, GBT.
You might be wondering, does it matter? So one of our clients, weigh inclusive dietitians specifically for women in the menopause, age. She tested both versions and she said that the free version gave her some really good [00:03:00] ideas. But the paid version, that's the Chet GPT-4 really helped her with cultivating her tone and it saved her more editing time.
So that was her experience. Again, getting started on the free version is a great way to get the workflow in order, but if you feel like you need more and you have the budget for it, you can upgrade to the paid version. So here's the difference. The chat GPT-3 Version is free and it's great for hooks, brainstorming and outlines.
The paid version, which is also called chat, GPT-4, can help you more With your tone and less of the rewriting, once you get the hang of how to ask the right prompt, like the magic prompt I gave you earlier, you might find a more seamless workflow when you go down to create content on your computer or your phone.
Now, if you post often and you have the budget for it and you value that polish, the chat, GPT might be worth the $20 a month upgrade. The third step I wanna give you today would be to make the [00:04:00] prompt sound like you, right? So there should be some alignment and you wanna make sure that your captions don't feel robotic.
one of our clients said that they felt like their captions felt robotic when using the free version. He was just getting started and we showed him how to tweak the prompt a bit. So here's what you can do too. You can add three tone words such as direct, kind or non-diet, right? So think about some words that resonate with your brand.
You can also include real client language, like I feel stuck, or whatever words that they say. That help resonate with the problem you're solving in your business. And then you can mention your method or framework. For example, let's say you have a, 3M method. Some kind of mindset method or some meal prep method or movement method.
Mention that inside of your caption framework so that's weaved in. And the results include that your post sounds more like you, and it sounds [00:05:00] more consistent. And a little bit less like a textbook, right? You don't want your posts to read robotic. Now, the fourth step would be to turn one prompt into four weeks of content.
So one of our clients actually took seven captions and turn them into 28 posts. So here's a structure of how you might be able to do that. So on Monday, you're gonna take the original caption. On Tuesday, you can pull a quote graphic on Wednesday.
You can take a reel using the same theme, Thursday, maybe a carousel, breaking the topic down into steps, and this is called horizontal repurposing, and it multiplies your visibility without creating more content from scratch. Chat, GPT gives you the base, and then you are in control of repackaging that base.
A bonus tip here is to use chat, GPT as a copy editor. So if you feel your caption is a little off and you've already written it, [00:06:00] chat, GPT can say, make this shorter, make it friendlier and make it easier to read for Instagram, or rewrite this to sound more confident and clear like a dietitians coaching a frustrated client.
And you'll be shocked with how quickly it levels up your writing. one of our clients had a couple hundred followers and she didn't really have a content plan, but she used this prompt every Monday. She posted consistently. She used the meta business suite to plan, so she didn't have to manually post, and that helped her stay visible.
by the fifth week of consistency, she was able to book Her first client from Instagram, and that's really exciting. And at this point she actually has a wait list. She only wanted three clients, but now she has a wait list. So if you wanna work with her, you have to wait until she has a spot available.
And she said, I stopped overthinking and let Chad GPT give me a starting point and it worked. So if you want more prompts and done for you content. Then I invite you to join the [00:07:00] dietitians Boss library.
