We revolutionize the field of dietetics by creating more online dietitian private practitioners who achieve time freedom.
Every dietitian who wants to start, grow and scale an online dietitian private practice has the tools and step by step process to create time freedom.
Courage to be different
Only 8% of dietitians own a business. We create digital products on the internet and add or create a cash pay revenue stream to help you reach more people without adding more time. We show our faces online. We show up for ourselves.
We live a balanced life
We create a business that works for us and we set our working hours and income levels. We value family and personal freedoms. We have a life outside of work. We are working towards implementing a 4 day work week.
We role model and lead in our communities and industry. We seek to transform our clients and create inspiring communities.
We value personal and financial freedom. We value time over money and prioritize setting up systems and automations to gain time back.
We accept others' life experiences and nutrition philosophies. We honor people's belief systems, we are accepting of differences. We are role models that nutrition can be accessible for different needs.
We are always growing, learning and holding ourselves accountable.
About the company:
We are a team of rebels who show dietitians how to increase their earning potential sacrificing their time.
It’s common to think that earning more money means working more hours, but this isn't sustainable or aligned with our company values. Dietitian Boss has created a low cost solution to prevent burnout while helping you get your time back. The solution: save time by packaging information that you already know in the form of a coaching program, membership or course and sell it online.
Nothing about Dietitian Boss is
The traditional 9-5, 40 hour work week is broken. If you seek a traditional solution, model or workplace we are not the team for you. We attract dietitians and dietetic students who want something more than the low paying clinical job, or a high cost in person/insurance only private practice model.
The traditional in person business model costs more money in overhead. Cash flow issues are the number 1 reason why businesses fail, therefore adding a cash pay virtual business model increases a dietitian private practice operator business longevity.
Additionally, with a brick and mortar company you can only help clients within traveling distance which means that you have to work harder to get clients and keep them. The brick and mortar traditional business model costs more time to market with a lower return on investment due to a smaller pool of applicants. There is another way to get back your time and increase accessibility.
Dietitians are low earners and
Dietitians are low earners despite our high education requirements to enter the field. Dietitians experience a high debt to income ratio, meaning that the amount of money we invest in higher education (school + unpaid internship) does not get paid back with our low salaries. Over 60% of dietitians work a clinical job with an average salary of $65,000 a year. Only 8% of dietitians own a business despite the statistics that show dietitian business owners can earn up to $100,000 a year. Owning a business alone isn't the solution to freedom unless you use a business model that buys back your time.
We are a group of non-traditional women who have revolutionized the field of dietetics by defying tradition. We practice an inverted pyramid meaning there are no hierarchies with management; our leadership team serves our staff.

Libby is the founder and owner of Dietitian Boss. She also created the Dietitian Boss Method™️ —a proprietary process that shows dietitians step by step how to attract and enroll cash-based clients using social media marketing (so dietitians can make 6 and 7 figures and leave their clinical jobs). The Dietitian Boss Method is a part of all the Dietitian Boss programs. Since opening a feed on social media (starting with Instagram), Libby and the Dietitian Boss team have gone on to serve more than 1000 dietitians and help them show their face, attract clients, define their business, and start and grow a private practice. Libby has put together a team that is passionate about helping you achieve financial freedom and alignment through the power of showing your face on social media to serve more people and transform their lives, all while creating wealth for your family.

Sara runs the operations at Dietitian Boss and serves as one of the instructors. Sara has been in the online business world for over ten years. Sara went to college to be a probation and parole officer, but along the way, she realized how much time away that job would take her, and she decided it would take away too much time from her family. Sara then stumbled across learning how to work from home. Sara is now a single mom who likes working with online businesses due to the challenges it brings (she loves always to be learning) and the flexible lifestyle. Sara serves as the company director of operations and works closely with Libby. Together they set goals and support the staff, clients, and core values. Sara supports clients with systems and processes and teaches the Dietitian Boss Method to support clients to achieve the lifestyle business of their dreams.
