My company grew by over 220% from 2019 to 2020. As a high-growth entrepreneur, I’ve been in your shoes and struggled with hiring, management, leadership and delegation. I’ve learned from my mistakes in business. I currently lead a fully remote team of 7 people who operate from around the world. I’m the sole founder and owner of my company, and I’m fully self-funded.

My secret to scaling to a million dollars in annual revenue
After working a 9-5 job as a clinical dietitian I felt invisible and broke; I shared my story on social media and in 16 months I built a million-dollar business without ads or SEO.
I scaled my company through my intellectual property: The Dietitian Boss Method™. I hired coaches to deliver 80%+ of my service delivery. I hired staff in place to run and manage the company. My staff includes my COO, admin, virtual assistants, client success manager, project manager, sales associates, content creators, and a team of coaches.
I've freed myself from the core of service delivery to a lot of time to build my personal brand. I have trademarked my IP to reach other verticals in the healthcare space such as Practice Boss™, Nutrition Boss™, and Therapy Boss™. My company's mission includes creating more private practice operators.
How I’m different from other coaches
With 220% growth in one year, I am a fast-growth entrepreneur who scaled a fully remote company via my intellectual property. My specialties include entrepreneurship (scaling to a million), branding, sales, and social media.

As a trained clinician I identify as a highly empathic person. As your coach, I help you look within and reflect by asking you difficult and opportune questions. I have the ability to switch into consultant mode where I can guide and direct you with proven approaches that get you results. My approach to supporting clients is individualized to meet your needs based on assessments, communication and consistent feedback.
