The Founders Story:
Our founder, Libby Rothschild was a practicing dietitian who struggled to feel heard, seen and paid as a clinical dietitian. She experienced burnout by trading time for money. To make ends meet she worked two jobs: serving as a full time clinical dietitian by day and a private practice consultant by night. After making only $55,000 from her clinical job and $30,000 more (per year) as a freelance dietitian Libby felt exhausted and time poor. She couldn't continue to work 80 hour weeks. Something had to change.

One day she shared her story online and her peers saw that making money was possible. Her peers offered to pay her to help them make more money. The business Dietitian Boss was born inside of Libby’s windowless clinical office because Libby packaged information that she already knew and sold it online. Libby quickly saw that creating a course and online coaching was an enjoyable and cost effective model to save time while helping more people.
Libby saw patterns among the problems that dietitians struggle with after helping registered dietitians make extra money. Libby saw that these smart, caring registered dietitians needed to follow a step by step process to live the empowered life that they thought a degree in dietetics would give them (but hadn't). Libby packaged a solution to help dietitians gain time freedom and purpose in the form of a curriculum delivered online. Libby has over a decade of experience with developing curriculum. As a private practice consultant she created and taught nutrition education to academic scholars and produced two approved international review board studies.
After serving over 1000 dietitians and updating the Dietitian Boss curriculum countless times, Libby used her curriculum to create her proprietary method, the Secret Brain Method, which is now used in all of her programs and consulting. The Secret Brain Method helps people create a lifestyle business by selling digital products (courses, coaching and/or memberships) over the Internet.
Libby teaches business foundations to dietitians to help them work a shorter work week while creating more impact.
